Was givin out a couple of years ago on Christmas. It can go for around 2million gp. It is tradeable and is sometimes looked at as a symbol of how rich you are.

for levels 3-30:
Kill stuff like goblins and men for level 1 clue scrolls. If you kill certain slayer monsters, like banshees and other lower level monsters, you'll get better scrolls. By better, I mean you get better rewards. You might get God Pages, worth 100k each, or black (t) *trimmed* or (g) *gold* armor, which isnt worth as much, but is rarer and is wearable.
for levels 31-69: stick with the level 2 clue scrolls. rewards include Adamant (t) and (g) armor. This is worth quite a bit: i've seen sets or addy *short for adamant* (g) armor go for up to 450k cash! (t) is worth less *though i dont know why*. Level 2 clue scrolls can come from guards and ice warriors and such.
70+: here you are! Rune items! You can get Rune (t) and (g) pieces of armor. Full Rune (t) can go for over 1.3mil, and (g) can go for 1.7mil *somewhere around there*. God Armors, some of the rarest armor: Sara and Zamorack helms are worth around 500-600k, meaning plates, legs, and kitesheilds, can go for way more.Monsters include all of the dragons: green, blue, red, and black. And some high leveled slayer monsters.

This is a simple, and very boring way to make cash. But on the upside, its completely free, and can be done in the same place. Go to Port Sarim, find the banana merchant, ask him for a job, and he'll let you fill up a crate of bananas for 30gp per crate. Here's a little overview of money being able to be made via this method:
1x=30gp
10x=300gp
100x=3k
1,000x=30k
10,000=300k
100,000=3mil
1,000,000=30mil
and so on, and so on. think about it: you could probably do it about 100,000 times in about 1-2days,
Think about it: 3mil in 1-2days! But thats if your fast at it.
